No they cannot. If a person overdosed on heroin the reaction would be very quick. Within minutes or within several hours.
The second question takes more expertise than I have. My guess is that the heroin levels in the body would still show up 24 hours after death but how high they would be would probably be determined by how much the person injected, the size of the body, etc.
For all you would need to know about heroin read this:

In general, the overdose occurs almost instantly after the drug is introduced into the body. Heroin blood levels decline very rapidly, and become indetectable within an hour or so. However, heroin metabolites (breakdown products) are detectable from blood and urine for a much longer time and are definitely detectable at 24 hours.
This article is an excellent review of heroin metabolism and pharmacokinetics (how long it stays in the body):

Usually happens right after they inject themselves. Not 24 hours later. Ever see a ODd junkie get Narcan(anti-opiate)? They go from basically not breathing to being angry(and maybe combative) that thier high is gone. This happens in a matter of seconds. Narcan does wear off quick, the herion can still kill you when the Narcon is gone.

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?zDv9
A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.
He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied

the ones that i have seen first hand happened pretty fast most of the time but there were a few that hung on till we got to the hosp . i am a recovering heroin addict i was hooked for 20 yrs i have 2 1/2 yrs clean and sober now ! and it seems if it was gonna take him out it would happen before 24 hour but there could be other factors like other drugs in there system and other health issues but the level in the body does decrease over time that's for sure !

Every heroin over dose I've heard of is instant, whether they survive or not it usually doesn't take that long. I'm not saying it can't, but I've never heard of that and I've had a few friends who overdosed.

IV heroin is effective immediately and with a large overdose death would follow rapidly. The blood level would remain the same long after death.

Probably not. The drugs run through your bloodstream which feed your organs. If you're poisoning your blood, then you're poisoning your entire body. Most likely, the doctors would not accept an organ donation from someone who used and died from drugs.
