Well my parents did this too me when i was little.
If you got a really high temperature, get a cloth, fold it and dip it in cold water. Place it on your tummy or head. You'll feel the cloth getting warmer, if it does that means its working. Keep doing this several times (Better yet, get someone else to do it for you!)
Oh and get tons of rest. Lie down infront of the telly- its the only thing that will keep you company when yu've got a cold or fever.
Have hot tea - green tea or lemon tea. You feel great once you had a cup!
Get Well Soon!!!!!

Keep warm, take as much fluid as you can because a fever will dehydrate you. Also some minor pain killers that you would usually take for a headache will help make you feel somewhat more human. If you can eat then do so, keep up strength, if not then some vitamin tablets, specifically vitamin B would be good.
Then when you are really feeling low.... if you know who gave you the flu....... lay down and think of all the evil ways of getting even!!!
Take care ............. life will go on....

Take 2 nicely-known potential Tylenol, or a million better potential tylenol. this is distinctly lots the only element you could take. I surely have strep throat, and function been taking Tylenol to administration my fever (it grew to become into as much as 103.a million) and it worked truly nicely and extremely rapidly, like interior of 20-half-hour. additionally, the Robitussen ought to help with your cough, yet considering the fact which you would be on your first trimester call you wellbeing care expert approximately using it. It won't help with a fever however.
