Some relationships start really sparky don't they? Wheras some is more 'matey' first and then develops... Which do you think works best?

They both are cool. It just depends on the lovers involved. Some relationships start off friends, but then end up more solid than most marriages, and other relationships may just end up without anything left after having a whole lot of "sparks" or vice versa. Love is just Love, no matter how it becomes within two lovers. Things just are....

I rather hope you can have both!! The spark and then the slow burn whilst getting to know someone and spending lots of time together after the initial spark.

From my experience definitely slow burn, just wait for the quick spark to start, then there's no going back.

Slow burn... it lasts longer! Maybe a slow burn with sparks thrown in would be really nice!

there is no best because it all depends on what the two people want from it slow start or quick burn if its going to work it will or it wont so really no winner

well, if you are staring a car a quick spark would be better. If you are trying to light a stick of dynamite, then a slow burn would be better.

A quick spark is more explosive and doesn't fizzle out like a damp squib.
