before i say something i know my freand also love him so i left him fore my freand because he is my best freand now after 4year i stil mis him aftersome time i know my freand not love him he tell me

It's very clear , where's the problem dear? if your friend doesn't love that girl and you still love her you can always ask her out. befriend that girl and try to find out if she really loves your Friend or not. if she doesn't then you can tell her your feelings.
