To have all this information you must have already contacted a doctor. The information you are giving is very detailed and you are asking for advice based on it. Only a Doctor should be advising you. Enlarged spleens and prostrates can be from a variety of causes. and I'm sure that blood work, urinalysis should be done also. Consult your Doctor right away.

The first thing to do is to call the doctor's office that ordered these tests and ask them what the results mean. I would guess that the doctor would have called you if anything was wrong - they aren't quite as good at notifying people when nothing is wrong.

An enlarged spleen can be caused by all sorts of things, so other symptoms are needed to narrow down the cause. Some sort of follow up is needed to find the underlying problem causing the enlargement, or if this amount of enlargement is even anything to be concerned about.

Enlarged prostate glands are not unusual at age 45, the prostate gland tends to enlarge with age, but enlargement can also signal cancer. Cancer usually causes asymmetrical growth, so most likely there is nothing wrong. You will probably want to continue monitoring this when you go for check-ups.
