Ikea, Big Lots, Value City. Also try craft stores like AC Moore or Michael's. I think Ikea might be your best bet. If you don't have one within driving distance I'm sure you can order online. You could also try those catalogs that you can buy all kinds of stuff in bulk try "Oriental Trading."

You could make luminarias out of paper bags, sand and use tea lights or votive candles in a cheap plain glass holder. Take the paper bag in the color of your choice - usually white bags are used, but you could use any color you want. You can leave them plain or stencil a design on the outside that the light will reveal. Put a few inches of sand in the bottom to weight down the bag and push the bottom of the tea light or votive candle holder down into the sand. You can also do something similar with empty cans. - either paint the cans after you take the labels off or leave them silver. You can punch holes in them with a nail either randomly or in a pattern to make a design for the light to shine through. Just as you do in a paper bag luminarias you would put sand in the bottom to weight them down and push the candle down into the sand a little to secure it. Congrats on your upcoming wedding!

I used the website www.candle4less.com, they have a great selection and reasonable prices. I ordered about 400 candles from them for the centerpieces at my wedding, and I also got my unity candles from them and they were great! The have bulk orders, which are kind of hard to find elsewhere, and they're a reliable company. I didn't have any problems with them. Good luck!

The Dollar Tree. They might not have 350 in stock, but you can talk to the manager and they'll order them for you.

I'm not sure where you live, but I have a store where I live that sells such items wholesale. You should do a search on ask.com and it should tell you of some places in your area or places you can order them online. Good luck.
