Take it out before the infection spreads. to ur ureter ( wee wee tube) or furtherup. You could end up an boneless!!!!

The prince Albert i got was from the bottom of the head where the V is through the shaft to come out the tip of the opening in the head. I've had it for about 2 years now with no problems.
If it is like that or even if its not first thing you should do is call up the piercing place and tell them about it and make sure they did it right (DO NOT talk to the one that DID the piercing, get a 2nd opinion).
As soon as you hang up with them make an appointment at the hospital to get it looked at. Or run into the emergency room if you have the cash for it (Dont think your insurance will pay for something you did to yourself)
Let the doctor know what the piercer said/did.
9/10 times the doctor will have it removed and flush your opening/hole and give you some antibiotics for the swelling.

ice it down and see if you can get the swelling down in one to two hours then take the Albert out and ice it more and if it still swelling see a DOC. ASAP

get it off its infected dude or put some alcohol (if your up to it ) and some neosporin thats what i did on my belly button piercing and wash it a lot with protex

go back to the tat shop and ask them what they think don't take it out or go to the doctors because just go to the tat shop and ask them for help
