You can go to school as ear infections are not contagious but they can be very painful and you have run very high temperatures with them also feel dizzy and nausea, so it really depends if you feel well enough to go, also go to your doctor and get some antibiotics as this won't clear without them, as with an ear infection the inner tube behind your ear drum in inflamed and mucus builds up, and as your inner tube is swollen bacteria grows in the mucus because it can't be drained off due to the swelling and that's how it gets infected, penicillin, eyrithramicin should get rid of it
