How are hair weaves or braids that are 100% human hair made ? Is it really human hair?

It is real. Most of it is bought from Asian countries as that is the cheapest source of hair, and long lengths are easy to come by. The reason it doesn't always feel particularly "real" is that it is bleached and then re-dyed to various colours.

Hair from other sorces gets progressively more expensive according to the difficulty involved in obtaining it. The cheapest is black hair and the most expensive is natural blonde hair.

Yes it is real human hair. The expensive kind is virgin hair. In some countries, women grow their hair out their entire life and when they get married they cut it and give it to the preist as a sacrafice. And then we pay big bucks for it! I wonder where the money goes? I have also heard that women that still live on Indian reservations grow their hair out and sell it too.

some brands are human hair, but one small country cant provide hair for the whole of earth, look how big america is and even in other countries lots of people wear it, so some brands are and some brands not, even thought it might say human hair.

just because you can straighten and curl it and colour it like human hair thats why they call it that, but most of it is not real.
