So me and my boyfriend are watching tv the other day and he says "thats a cute purse". It kinda threw me off. Im like what???? Is it weird that a guy would say something like that?

Why did it throw you off?! I always throw those so-called unmanly suggestions for all the women in my life, kin or not. And I assure you, I am secure in my masculinity.

It's no wonder guys are scared to show anything but masculine qualities to women, as soon as they show any other signs women think something is wrong with them. Now if he was sitting around with his guy friends talking about how cute a purse was, then maybe u could think more into the comment, but he was sitting with u and I am sure he meant cute for "u"

i think he's just trying to compliment you!!! don't take it as a bad thing. guys are a little confused as to what girls like to hear. i think he just wanted to say something nice, and your purse is what he came up with!!!
