I pray now that the Lord, the source of wisdom who blessed Solomon with knowledge and understanding will give your child good memory and recollection of what has been studied to answer the questions in the examination for the glory of His Kingdom, in Jesus name. And may God give you wisdom to guide and influence your child to be a tool in glorifying His name. Amen.

Again with this.
Sorry to be a naysayer but really, god has nothing better to do than help someone get a good grade? If he can take time out to do that then why not do something worthwhile such as stopping the slaughter in Darfur or is god only concerned with petty domestic matters?

I do not believe in praying to ask G-d for things-material things, health, or things such as a good grade, etc.,. But, a prayer asking that the child do his best is in order. If your child does have issues, or maybe even depression, his best may not be what you are wanting tho.
I have no idea what age child you are referring to. But, a good medical examination might be in order, to rule out health issues or depression.

Peace!
I just prayed for your son. God answers all prayers in a way that is best for us.
Please do not lose faith if your son does not pass the test.
God bless!
