guess it depend on where in the world you live, but bread is bread and butter is butter, so cant see the problem, unless you don't have a toaster, or electricity, in that case gets some logs and make a fire, make some bread and when the bread is cooked cut the bread into slice's and attach to a stick, hold the bread over the fire until bread turns brown. if you want typical english food you want Roast Beef n Yorkshire pud :) also pasties, pigs liver :( fish n chips (fries) and stuff like that!

Toast is just toast wherever you eat it! put some marmalade on it for an english feel!
