I try not to eat anything for 4 hours before going running. I always feel more energetic for it. Most research seems to advise having a meal within a couple of hours post run. I try and eat things like potatoes/veg/tuna/fruit beforehand and after. A lot of it is down to the individual. Keep it up ! I've been running for about 20 years.

Eat oatmeal, 1-1,5 hr before running. Then run for more than 20 minutes at around 5 mph. After that you can have a toast with marmalade or some carb snack like that.

You shouldn't have anything to heavy before running, but 30 minutes before hand have some fruits, 2 small banana's or one large one, an apple and a kiwi. Also while you are running make sure that you are drinking water. Then when you have finished your run make sure that you eat something again, more fruit would be good

You have to remember that you will lose a lot of calories when you run or jog. It depends when your going to run? If your a early bird like me, i like to eat a powerbar or banana and hydrate during the night! If you run during the afternoon, you should eat a lite breakfast, eggs fruit and water! and if your a night runner eat a healthy dinner about 1 hour before you go running, something that will give you enrgy! (low fat carbs)

Women standard wieght 1"=1.76lbs
fat% for 36yrs should be 26%
If you run @13kms per one hour you would expend 15kcal and to expend 500kcal per day you need to run 3hrs and 20mins plus drink water for every 44lbs one liter to get desired results.

Try gatorade, it is packed with fast acting sugar and salts to replace sodium lost in sweat. Condensed energy sources like pears, apples about 1 hour prior are also recommended.

I would not recommend eating before running, as it all seems to slosh about in your stomach and makes you feel sick.
if you do need to eat, eat a banana AT LEAST half an hour before running.
