no it's actually good for your hair if it has lots of vitamin E in it but they do have lotion for your hair. all it does is bring out your hairs natural shine inatead of looking dull and dry

It's not "bad" for it, but it will make it excessively "greasy" or "yucky." There are special conditioners that are made to put on your hair during the day (meaning you're in your car; not the shower). You can just carry the bottle around with you and apply it to your hair. It is not like regular lotion. It is less greasy and designed specifically for hair.

I am not sure why you'd put lotion in your hair try a condition it is made specifically for hair.
