Hi,
You can also try "Tu es un pauvre type", that is less rude than "connard".
"Secousse" does not fit in that context (no French would say "tu es une secousse) as it means jolt or bump.

I don't know that, but there is this cursing in Fernch from Matrix reloaded, that I liked:
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
This is from Matrix reloaded, when Neo, morpheus and Trinity go to meet the Merovingean.
Merovingian: I have sampled every language, French is my favourite - fantastic language, especially to curse with.
------------------------------...
Nom de Dieu de putain de bordel de merde de saloperie de connard d'enculé de ta mère!
------------------------------...
You see, it's like wiping your *** with silk, I love it.
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
It means:
Jeez, b-i-t-c-hing whore,craping s-h-i-t, a-s-s-h-o-l-e m-o-t-h-e-r-f-u-c-k-e-r
But i doubt you want to choose that ! My apologies !
Choice, the problem is choice
Merovingian: Choice is an illusion, created between those with power, and those without.

Espèce de chameau is a fun one (You're a kind of camel)
