vinegar is high in potasium it can also make you loose weight slowly i have a garlic, vinegar & honey book .i brush my teeth with vinegar and baking soda it keeps my gums from getting sore and my teeth are really white i use apple vinegar. you can cook together garlic, vinegar & honey and drink a couple spoons a day for good health the book is great

I love vinegar, but after using large amounts of it to cook and as a salad dressing I noticed that I get dehydrated and feel thirsty all the time!

for me i consider it my apetizer, i used to have spicy vinegar b4 i eat i know its not healthy but i just like to have it when i am eating..
