not push ups. do those people even know what they re talking about? push ups are for pecs, and if u do only push ups your arme will just grow bigger and they will be not defined at all - just wide lumps. that's it. defining upper arms is very hard job for women, much harder than getting a six pack - i know what i am talking about. i have been doing it for 6 years, i have 3 kids so i have a six pack but still i have no upper arms i want to - very well defined. there re very many exercises - for triceps, biceps and of course shoulders. i am not going to write them here - u might click on yahoo search for iron work out

Try the triceps curls and pulls (down), and biceps curls too. For the shoulders try press behind neck and front too. If you really don't like those, try medicine balls with someone else works best as you can vary the exsercises, but alone works rather fine too. Try going for 3 sets of 3 reps frst, if that is too easy try 3x5, and 5x5, and up the count if you want.

push ups! wide, narrow and regular arm stances as well as declined.... start with as many as you can do to fatigue... at a reasonable pace then add sets from there... if you can do more than 20 or so in a set then do them SLOWER... takes more effort you will fatigue faster...

Push-ups...as many and as often as you can stand. They'll tone and lift your boobies as well!
