Im sick of my brothers sissy voice , his 14 and im just curious around what age there voice's start to crack because when he talks , it sounds like high pitched and very gurly lol

Leave your brother alone, he probably talks that way because he knows that it gets on your nerves.

When his secondary sex traits are ready. THis is usually around 14-16. Soem are early and some are late. If it doesn't change, ya know what that means?

It depends totally on him - adolescence is different for us all.
It might be next week, might be when he's 18!
