The first line means the incoming gas line has a preheat, so that you are not venting cold gas into a hot oven.

The second just means you can program the temperature settings into it. DS stands for "Dynamic/static", I think. It just means you could tell it: 40°C for 3 hours, then 20 for 6 hours, then back to 40 for 3 hours, or something like that.
