I would say I eat the same thing for breakfast about four days out of the week. I make what I call the "Wake Up! Omelet" - a 2 egg (one yolk) omelet with chopped garlic, dried onions, basil, hot sauce (or Dinosaur BBQ Cajun Foreplay) and a small amount of some kind of cheese (usually feta). What makes it special is that it has protein to start off the day right, and it is only 3 points (WW). The hot sauce or Foreplay adds just enough "kick" to make the day start off right!

No, it varies. It may be homemade breads, cheese on toast, cereal, mushrooms with tomatoes and eggs, scrambled egg with chopped bell peppers and a dash of tabasco or a spoonful of mild Picante. There are so many options.

No. It varies. Sometimes pancakes and sausage, sometimes eggs, toast, and bacon, sometimes cereal. The only thing I do have everyday is coffee.
