At the very least, you need to give her a hug and a romantic kiss - something nice, not sloppy.
Pick her up and twirl around (just once - you don't want to make her dizzy) when you are hugging her.
If you want to get her something, a small bunch of flowers - make sure you get her favourite flowers.
That day when she comes back, take her out to dinner or to a cafe, or (the cheapest option) make her dinner yourself. she has been away for a while and after flying, you are usually tired and don't feel like cooking.

Take flowers or make an airport greeting sign with something funny/sweet but not embarrassing on it.
