you should get a dvd/cd writer it is better and it is easy to install. It is very easy you will need some time and a screw driver and that is about it.
Go to your local comptuer store.

yes you can if your bring your PC to your local Best Buy Store they will install a Cd Burner for free if your buy it from there

i bought a burner from best buy that is great it just plugs into the pc and your set. (i can send you the name later.)

externals are cheap now easier to get one of those than doing anything else..i had one and they work great..
