if you work on your pec (chest) muscles i think you can gain some mass to your breast area... it makes sense if you think about it. Gain muscle under the breast is going to perk them up a bit...add some mass.
i have the same problem... and am going to try and gain some mroe muscle mass.

No, it doesn't reduce your breast size! Every day I run for 40 minutes and my breast is always the same!!! Little but it's the same!!

Your breasts get reduced because when you do cardio you lose fat, ie: the fat between your skin and your muscles diminish. It's a GOOD thing.
The fat that properly composes breasts is the one in your mammary gland, which does NOT go away when dieting.
Don't be afraid to lose the fat you are losing! As an alternative if you don't want to lose that fat (I repeat myself: it's NOT breast!!!) you can see if you can get happier with being fatter in other parts of your body.

Try a sports or push-up bra, otherwize I'd say it seems as if they're smaller but they're really not.
Keep running, that's the right thing to do. If they keep getting smaller then I might reccomend seeing the doctor.
PS: If anything else you could enhance them with surgery every now and then, but it will cost a lot and your breasts may become sore.

It's probable that your breasts will decrease in size if you lose weight. The only question is how much. It all comes down to genetics.

Unfortunetly, weight loss will cause your breasts to reduce, so there is nothing you can do about it....
The best thing you can do, is run less, and do more training.

Unfortunately theres nothing you can do short of implants. It is not possible to isolate fat burning in any particular area of the body. It's better to have nice smaller breasts than fat breasts anyway.

Sorry, your breast are made of mostly fat, and if you want to be lean all over, that is just the price you have to pay. Most women lose the most amount of body fat from their breasts when losing weight.

The reduction in your breast size is due to the overall reduction in your weight. Not very much you do about that.
