Nobody these days would use "je VOUS aime toujours" unless you are posh beyond belief or you say this to somebody you don't know very well. But surely if you say this you know the person well enough.

=Literally:
I not know no why I you(informal, singular)love still.
(I know French -Ce/line Dion also sang "Je t'aime encore"=
"I stll love you").
Toujours is "tous les jours" = "all the days"= always.

"toujours" instead "encore" is acceptable but is not so accurate

If you are in love with some one you would use the familiar version of "you" , tu te tes , etc

All these previous answers seem to forget you'd use the second person when saying I love you, not the third!!!

'Encore' can also be substituted by 'toujours'.
