Each 3-Way switch has 3 contacts... frequently drawn as 3 dots in a triangular configuration. Draw two of those 3-dot switches. Make them like arrows pointing away from each other. On one draw a Blk wire for power IN to the arrow's tip. On the other draw a blk wire for power OUT to the light. Each switch has 2 unused contacts: Use a red wire to connect one contact on each switch, a blk wire to connect the remaining contacts. Add the "flipper" in each switch to connect the point of each arrow to one of its two other contacts. Draw the white wire (Which came in with the black Power IN wire) along side the switches to continue on with the black power OUT to the light. With the red and black wires between the two switches: If both flippers are on the same color wire the light is ON. Change either one and the light is off.
