does running for 20-30 minutes a day in the morning, make my fat bulgy stomache go away???
its my new year resolution and im trying hard to do it... just im scared of one thing
if i run, wil i lose my "bubblebutt"?

and i barely have any hips, if i lose all my stomache fat, will it atleast look like i do have a small waist? in other words, does my waist get smaller by doing this routine daily, since my stomache becomes flat? or does it?

Running for 30 mins a day will generally help in reducing fat overall within the body. This means you will most likely lose weight and yes.. lose your 'bubblebutt'. However, you shouldnt worry too much as hips dont exactly lose all that much weight..

Our bodies come with a shape. Each and every one of ours has a shape that is written into the genetics.

We can't be the way we are not. But we CAN be the best for our genetics.

So if I were you I would take my body composition and understand my body type and then decide whether I am willing to work for the best I can be (even if i might not like it) or not.

I know the choice is hard because you sometimes have to work hard and the results still aren't good enough for how you would like to look (think about people that are flat who would like to look like JLo or people that are like JLo who would want to be flat!).

However we have only one body and I say it is worth giving it a try.

100lbs is a normal weight for a 5'0" woman with a medium frame.....have you had a physical lately? If anything you sound underweight. I use to body build and I won all the competitions I entered - I use to sport a six-pack ab and I never had to do thousands of crunches (at least not daily). If you are a very small boned adolescent there is a possibility what little fat you may possibly have is intra-muscular in your abdomen area...but please see your doctor..you may have a bad body image and many a young person has died from anorexia....

Doing Plank, Crunches and Situps will flatten your stomach and your diet too affects your waist size. Cut down on sugars...

repeat after me:

"Spot reduction does not work
Spot reduction does not work
Spot reduction does not work."

now say that 10 times everyday while you do your aerobics.

(if you build up your ab muscles you will have an even larger looking gut).
