Pratunarm is full of massage places, I can think of a dozen straight off. None of the ones I know are particularly good although they get better the further along Petchaburi Road you go away from Pratu Narm (either direction). The thing is, how to put this delicately, Pratu Narm attracts tourists who want things very cheap, and that means the massage places that cater to them have to be cheap too. The result is, as with everything, the quality goes when businesses start competing on price alone.

I'd head down to the Emporium area of Sukhumvit Road for a massage - only slightly more expensive than Pratu Narm. That part of Sukhumvit Road is like a little Tokyo. As with everything the Japanese demand excellent quality and are prepared to pay get it. The result is that the quality of the massage down there is much better.

Just go there and have a look around. There are a few places - you can just walk in off the street. It is hard to give you the exact address because no one will take note of the exact address anyway and likely - as a tourist, we wouldn't have gone there frequently enough to know the address that well.

I had a massage once in the Pratunam area. It is just a simple shop in the market area right at the stairs to the overhead bridge for pedestrians to cross the street. That's all I remembered. But have a look around - there are PLENTY of places you can go to. Ask anyone around there.

You don't specify weather you want to get a massage or give massages, there are many places to get a massage in Thailand.
From the beaches to the hospitals. At these locations Noad Bo Ran (traditional medical massage) is usually practiced.

For other types of massage you might try the red light district.
