I am currently 13 years old and going to be 14 this may and yet I am still 158cm. My friends around me are like 163 and many are taller which makes me feel kinda odd standing with them. Are there any particular exercises or foods which can enchance height? Give me advices pls and thx for reading.

The first thing you must realise is that at the age of 13, you have most likely achieved 60 - 65% of your total growth. However, this does not apply to everyone, remember that everyone's bodies are different and everyone grows at different stages. In order to increase your height, you will probably have to start making changes soon.

Some of the most important factors to growth are nutrients, sleep, excersize and of course a well balanced diet.

To begin with, lets have a look at your current eating habits. Are you getting enough protein for your growth? Do you have enough calcium and vitamin D for the growth of your bones? These factors are extremely important in order for your bones to solidify and form correctly.

Another issue may be your sleeping patterns. Sleep is essential for healthy human growth as it helps reduce stress and ensures the body gets enough rest at the end of the day.

Exercising regularly and having a well-balanced diet also contribute to living healthy and ensuring bones grow to their maximum.

Overall, Increase your vitamin D intake (i.e. more fish, cheese and fortified cereals), sleep well and exercise regularly =) And of course one last thing... 158 for a male at the age of 13 is not all that bad. Your height is actually good and you must learn to love the body your in.. Goodluck!!

Don't worry dude, I'm 13 too, turning 14 soon and I'm just a little taller than you. I haven't had great height all my life either. You will get your growth spurt pretty soon too. As far as height enhancing methods go, I can't help you out there dude, but hang in there, you'll get taller.

P.S: It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog.

there is no food or exercise that will help you . next time you go to the doctors talk to him about growth hormone that is something you natually have but you are only 13 and he male does not stop growing until 21 years old so you have time. be patient

I grew 4 greater inches after my 18th b-day. shop the religion. And in case you do not advance anymore tell all of us criticising you to F off. Its in comparison to you're able to do something approximately it.

Consume Dairy Products and use salt that is Iodized.

sleep early (at least before 10 pm)
and eat well
and exercise regularly( dont run too much)

Have some one strap you to a table that pulls.. and have them pull your arms and legs.. or you can let puberty take its corse
