Call a vet!

Given she was a puppy and the history, I would bring her to the vets to be checked out. It could just be a matter of having an upset stomach due to something else she got into, or could be related to the pebble. Better to be safe than sorry.

If your dog has been throwing up for 24 hours and you know for a fact she ingested foreign matter, and she doesn't want to eat or drink, I think the prudent thing here is to take her to the veterinarian. She may or may not be able to handle this on her own ... but if the throwing up hasn't stopped, it's time to get professional advice, in my opinion.

Time to take her to the vet and find out what is wrong. She could have something stuck in her throat or something seriously irritating her esophagus and stomach. Don't make her wait, she's either sick or injured.

that has happened to our dog more than once. the puppy was weak, very thin, and alwyas just staring to nowhere. and it's because the puppy ate something dirty and inedible. my mom took him to the vet and was given injections, medicines, precautions and after a week, he gained his appetite again and is now stronger and very playful.
never compromise by trying to treat her all by yourself especially if it ate really harmful.

Call a vet or take her to see one. She shouldn't be vomiting that much, so no telling what exactly she ate.

Put her down. If it's a dog- take her to the vet.
