If a Muslim male,strolling on a beach,comes across a woman in a bikini;what must he do?

In Australia, a Non-Muslim country who has opened its doors to oppressed people , some of the muslim faith, they should simply appreciate what they see and then leave it alone.
The riots at Cronulla prove what happens when these ones try and impose their rules on others. And I mean IMPOSE.
It is a different matter entirely if they would gently preach their faith, without violence, and let others make up their mind whether or not they would like to convert to Islam. In doing so, these ones would have to accept the strict rules.
If Muslim men see things on the beach they object to, THEY SHOULD LEAVE.

if u mean when he comes across a muslim lady wearing a bikini and if that woman is not related to him in any,i don't really think it will be his business to do anything about it...except he can stop and stare if he wants to.

The conventional rule states that he should look down, but most who go to the beach will be looking at the woman. What other reason are they there on that beach?

He would do the appropriate thing and lower his gaze. Muslim men are taught to respect women and not stare at them, regardless of their beauty.

A male muslim is also meant to observe hijab in the sense that he must lower is gaze and cover his private parts. In this case, he should walk away and lower his gaze, or better yet, avoid going to places which will have women who aren't fully covered.

Keep your gaze down, without noticing or showing any expressions.
It will create a feeling of thrust in you. When you will reach home you will grab your wife to bed, you will enjoy sex with your wife more than ever before.
Otherwise you will not see any charm in her. As eyes are already full of different sexy images other than wife.
This is the main problem of open society that husbend and wife don't have intrest in them but in others, boy friends of wife and girl friends of husbends.

He should lower his gaze
