Allergic to water?... Hm, then a sports drink, like Gatorade or Powerade, would be his next best bet. If those aren't available, then certainly Orange Juice would help as well.

Gatorade, is the most ideallic to what your body can absorb, other the that, the poor fellow, allergic to water....shouldn't he be dead by now? Every part of your human body has water in it, whether its just some or most of the makeup. I hope He didn't have children to leave behind.......
