well I would have to say a wee. You can hold onto a pooh but it hurts too much to hold onto a wee and the felling of emptying your bladder when it's full is unbelievable ;)

Definitely a wee when you have held it in so long you actually make a siege of relief don't you you are relived with poo but not as much.
