Nothing wrong. But I guess you have too much soda, juice, or coffee during the days. Your stomach is filled up w/ other liquids.
Try to aim at 8 glass of water per day.
Start to replace other beverages with fresh water, and sooner or later you can do 8 glass per day. You will save $ on other beverages, and you will lose some weight and your skin will glow.

Try not drinking cold water. Drink water at room temperature... its less of a shock on your stomach. If temperature isn't the case, I suggest try getting in other fluids too with much water content.
Everyday, increase your water intake by just a little bit, and after a while you'll be able to drink a whole lot without feeling bloated.
It could also be because you just ate, and you need to give your stomach some time to digest and even get rid of the wastes before you can drink. I know a few people that have that problem.. anyway, take my advice.

HI! It sounds as if you may need to cut back on other liquids, and try to drink mostly water.
I have a hard time drinking water from the tap. Either tap water in a jug, put in the fridge, or bottled water, in my opinion, seems to be easier to drink. A slice of lemon and an ice cube help also!
When I consume a lot of pop, coffee, tea or juice during the day, and then have water, I feel bloated, almost sickly. Its because of the unhealthy liquids I had before the water. ( Pure juice is healthy )
Good Luck! Our bodies need water to be healthy!

I have always been told that I don't drink enough. Only when I was breast-feeding did I get regularly thirsty. Yet, oddly enough, a few years ago I had a kidney problem diagnosed and the only thing the surgeon said to me about being careful was to make sure I didn't drink too much because it would stress that kidney.
So... my body was right all along. Now I've had my kidney operation but I still don't want to drink much - yet I don't worry. My body was right before and I'm going to trust it in future.

You need to drink more than a cup and a half! Water will flush out your system of impurities. I always feel better after drinking lots of water. Especially after a good work out. If the taste bothers you, add a slice of lemon! Good luck!

It is very important to drink water EVERYDAY!
you must drink between 1.5 litres to 2 litres of water each day, this can include diluted juices, tea, and fruit!
Our bodys consist mainly of water, and the water in our bodies renews every 6 WEEKS! so therefore, the fluids we consume, is used in our bodies! it also gets rid of all the nasty unwanted toxins in our bodies.... and it also helps you stop gaining weight, and it is good for your skin, and prevents dark circles underneath the eyes.
Because you are not used to drinking lots of water, you will feel bloated for about 4-7 days, but after that the bloating will go because water actually prevents bloating!!!
So carry on drinking water, you will feel so much better.

Just keep drinking it. The bloating will pass. Also try just a little lemon juice in your water. It makes it taste a little better, goes down smoother, and you'll want to drink more. Not too much though.

Dehydrated.....you should drink about a liter to get your body back in shape. Peeing will happen, just keep drinking to replenish that. A normal human should drink about a two liter of water every day (not at the same time, of course)

Well nothing really. Try having your water with cordial or ice tea. Just because your feeling bloated does not mean you a mutant or anything.
