All digital photographs have 'exif' data imbeddded within them which records date and time together with lots of other information. This is automatically downloaded with the image. Right click on the image, then on 'properties' and it will show you the date and time. Many file programs such as Corel Photo Album (which I use) enables you to read the full details of the data - camera used, shauuter speed, aperture, whether flash used, etc. etc.
