I don't know of any machine that will make a proper Irish coffee. Irish coffee isn't difficult to make. You simply heat a stemmed glass (you need the stem to hold the glass as it gets hot.) Then pour in hot strong coffee, a measure of whiskey & sugar to taste. The cream is the only slightly tricky bit & this needs to be done by hand. Turn a spoon unside down over the glass, then let a good blob of whipped cream slide gently over the spoon to sit on top of the coffee. Then sit back & enjoy!

You can't do Irish Coffee in a machine. You can make the basic coffee which goes in it though. Add a large measure of your chosen spirit (Irish Whiskey, Scottish Whisky, Kaluah, Tia Maria etc.) put it in a heat resistant glass and then slowly pour single cream over the back of a teaspoon to stop it mixing with the coffee and keep it as a layer on top.
