I am 17 and i have my drivers license, i know that here in florida the state can and will take your license if you miss like 15 unexcused days out of 90 from school. I have quit going to school all together so i am sure they should be suspending it soon. If so, can i get it un susoended when i turn 18 in march?

You'll have to pay the state reinstatement fee most likely when March rolls around. If you have taken all of the legal steps to un-enroll yourself from school, then I don't see how they can suspend your license when you're legally not required to go to school. Give the clerk of the courts of your county a call.
