There is no 'cooling off period', nor 'buyers remorse' for vehicle purchases. If you signed contracts, its yours unless the finance company rejects the loan, however that is not something you can control. I hope this helps.

if you signed the papers, took delivery, you own the truck. You made a decision, it was a good idea at the time. Their lawyers are better then yours, suck it up.

Only if your contract says you can. There is NO cooling off period in any US state on car sales.

hate to tell you this but you are stuck with it. it doesn't matter if you've only had it 10 minutes, if you signed all the papers and drove off the lot, it's yours

Read the fine print on your purchase/credit agreement...Usually there is a "right to recind" clause..maybe 48 hours....

Most dealerships have a three day cooling off period, but you have to check with where you bought it from. Also, did you wreck it? lol, just asking
