i heard that region 2 and region 4 dvd are the same. is this true?

Hi, visit this site http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks.php?select=Philips+DVP+642 and enter the make and model of your DVD player. Chances are you can make it region 0 and so you will never have to worry about the regions ever again. Good luck.
