Do not do an epidural: don't go for that homeopathy crap: stick with modern medicine. I have osteoarthritis in the severe degenerative stages: have had surgery on my lower spine four times, have four cadaver bones fused and twelve wires and twelve screws. the cervical spine the same.
There's not much I can do except wait for the next round and hope. The pain at times is unbearable. I take "Vicodin" "Lodine" and "Lyrica" sometims I wonder if any of it helps.

The neck was the worst, for the arms, the swallowing was affected, my fingers. I cried a lot. The pain was unbearable and I was having severe sizures and passing out. I had four fusions with four cadavar bones there.
I've had the epidual shots, three times a week for eight weeks, I was passing out. I had to stop.

There are 2 different types of spinal injections I know of. 1 is the epidural, other the facet, which is lateral to the center column, Ask a pain management md about this. Sounds like you have tried it all, They sell books on excersises for people with chronic back conditions as well. Good luck, (wear Therma-Care belts too)OH, try a firm elastic binder to, keeps you aligned
