well i have heard that cellulite needs water to help shift it, caffine does not allow the body to use the water properly so it doesnt help the cellulite to go.so it does not really make it worse i suppose it just doesnt help the problem. also try to not cross your legs over one another, it doesnt help the blood circulation, which can also help! x

Caffeine can cause a chain reaction chemically in the body in some sensitive people by raising cortisol levels, and ultimately affecting insulin and blood sugar levels and metabolism that might make it more likely that fat will be stored. Recent evidence suggests that excess caffeine isn't very good for the adrenal glands, and also caffeine can raise stress levels and frustration in some people, and this can compound the problem.
So, basically, yes, caffeine might increase rate of weight gain. Although, not all researchers agree with this. In fact, some might argue that as a stimulant, caffeine actually causes you to burn more calories and lose weight. But the recent epidemioligical studies are the most convincing, because the statistics show that heavy coffee drinkers tend to have more problems controlling their weight than those who drink less or no coffee.
(I know your actual question is about "cellulite", however obese people and overweight individuals are clearly at higher risk for developing cellulite that is unresponsive to diet).

Apparently so. Cellulite can happen to anyone and most of us will get it at some point. Even the skinniest celeb has it right through to obese people, it just is, end of.

No, no, and no! There is not any link between the two. Being fat, sitting down alot, that is what causes cellulite.
