Find true God and worship true God.
God of Adam and eve, God of Abraham, God of Moses, God of Jesus, and God of Muhammad (peace and blessings of God on all of them).
If we worship true God and obey7 his commands we will insha Allah meet Adam, and Eve in heavens and then we will get chance to ask directly how many days they spend in Eden.
