Endless possibilities. If you have headaches toward back of head and neck, it may be high blood pressure. Having a tumor in the brain may cause headaches, mood swings, hallucinations, and even death. Having headaches that long you definitely need to see the doctor if the aspirin is not working.

i used to get severe migrain aswell. i went to doctors,did cat scans,x-rays,went for councelling,in the end it turned out i was perfectly fine.sometimes its just the food you eat,or the weather.like if its too hot.but still,please do visit a doctor
