It has nothing to do with sit ups or any other fancy workout. You have to move what’s in the way. Every one has stomach muscles some are covered in a thick layer of fat. Loosing body fat will come by reducing calorie intake and or increasing energy burn (Activity). When energy burned exceeds energy intake on a regular basis your body burns fat (Not only from the parts that you exercise, your body can take it from were ever it wants. Every one is slightly different in regards to how fat is put on and burned).
If you think that its about stomach crunches then someone with a massive *** can have a six pack! It doesn’t exist right. You have to get your body fat down its as simple as that. When you do your six-pack awaits.

Depends on how far the party store is from your house.
NO, just kidding.
Any ab exercises are good...I'd suggest getting an exercise ball for really good ab movements. What are you sitting on at the computer? Swap the chair for an exercise ball and sit on that, you'll totally be working out your abs just trying to balance while you're sitting on the thing. Good luck.

go to the store and buy one or join a gym and do what they say for 4-6 months. Lifting weights and/or lots of exercise is the only way to get one

drink a 12 pack and I'm sure you'll at least get a 6 out of it.
If you are talking about exercise, then try to suck your own d* ck,
the more you lean forward and try, the more your abs will be defined.

Well, I walk down to the local 7-Eleven and buy it. I don't run unless someone is chasing me with a gun (smile.)
