Depends on your age. 145 is light for a male, but I was pretty skinny myself. I'm 5 '11 and 180 now at age 33.

You wouldn't by any chance be using heroin or meth would you? Drugs drop the body weight like crazy.

no it's not, generally for women it goes at 5' take 105 lbs, than add 5 lbs per inch above 5', for men it would be 106 lbs, than 6 lbs for each inch.
