If you are going during our summer, between June-August when Spain will be quite hot, I would suggest...
Benidorm, http://www.benidorm-spotlight.com/ it's cheap and cheerful, clean and like a city on the beach! Very busy and bustling, and the beach will be packed! There's 100 high rise hotels on the seafront and loads of clubs. It is a youngsters resort. Its a two and a half hour flight roughly. Expect to pay around £350-450 per person (per week).
Or Magaluf in Spain's Majorca is a busy resort too!

Greece can be cheaper if you are after 'CHEAP'!
If you want to go earlier around April/may or late on around Sept/October time I would suggest the Canaries Tenerife or Lanzarote, the Canaries are Spanish too and are hot when we have winter, they have 80 decgrees most of the year round. Any good holiday rep will advise where the top resorts are for groups of young people to party!

Don't forget it is important for others' too that your group goes to the right place, as you don't want to find yourselves in a quiet hotel full of families and screaming tots, or a load of victor Meldrew characters who don't like noise lol when you are living it up!

Try Florida. There is Spring break. on panama city beach and sandestin has a hot spot there called baytowne, then destin has some hot spots, then from there go on to fort Walton. Plenty of good times. and the beach is beautiful on 98 all the way.

you should try newquay, i live there and its great in the summer, lots of beeches bars and women (if your single) the night life is good, got at least 8 clubs, with more opening all the time. only problem is that accommodation can sometimes be a little on the expensive side. well happy hunting.

Bendiorm, not too far, great night life you can get your hole there too! Plenty of old ladies (25-30 age group) gagging for it.
