I'm need a new digital camera, but I don't want to spend over $200.00. I currently have a Kodak, and it's the epitome of useless. I'm trying to decide between Canon, Nikon, and possibly looking at a Samsung or Poloroid, but I'm not sure on those brands. Any imput would be great!

Canons are fine, also lookin to Fugi. I haven't an opinion on Kodaks. Don't forget there's a memory card to buy.

if I were you I'd actualy go for a panasonic, they're really good, especialy as they have really good image stabalizing for photos on long zoom, check out their website, www.panasonic.com, click on consumer products, then cameras and camcorders, then digital cameras. Personaly I'd recomend the DMC-LZ3S, its $179.95 and worth every cent. Its got some really good reveiws and I've tried out my friends one, its easy to use but still takes really good pics. Its compact and well worth looking at. Try one out at your local camera store, you wont regret it.

if you have the money go for anything by cannon...i think they are by far the most amazing digital camera's out there, their quality is wonderful...i personally would give anything for a cannon powershot but until then im just gonna have to settle for the one i have.
