Its a good diet plan start but...
Boost your morning calories to at 600 or more....It is important to get afull loaded breakfast that is high in fiber, adequate and protein and plenty of iron and calcium.

Do the running first thing in the morning. That's when your body is at peak fat-burning, weight-loss mode. You can do everything else at night if you want.

You could probably do with some protein in your diet too -- lean chicken, beef, or fish.

Try some pull-ups too, grabbing the bar or handles with your palms facing forward.

Can you skate? Skating (rollerblading, ice, whatever) is great CV exercise and it's great for your legs, butt, abs, and obliques.

Everything else in your plan looks good.

Before you do anything, SEE A DOCTOR to make sure you're physically up to all of this.

Good luck ...

Sounds like a good plan, BUT...exercising daily is not a good idea. Your muscles need to rest at least every other day to heal themselves...thus you'll build lean muscle mass which will help your muscles dispel of fat. Thats why all the experts are telling you to exercise 3x a week, not 7.

NOOOOO! under 500 cals is far too few. You need about 1000 for a strick diet, and you can eat a bit more if you are planning to exercise a lot.

Sounds like a diet to drop 10 lbs. pretty quick.

I hope you plan on eating more than that because you need calcium and protein every day.
