Eat a big breakfast, a lighter lunch, and an even lighter dinner. Eat healthy food. If you must snack, snack on fruits and vegetables, not chips and cookies.
Do cardiovascular exercise, and do it first thing in the morning. Start with walking, and gradually work up to running.
Bicycling, rollerblading, swimming, and other CV exercises are good too.
Actually, if you can do CV exercise twice a day -- first thing in the morning, and then a lighter version of it after dinner -- that's even better.
But if you can only do it once a day, do it first thing in the morning. That's when your body is at peak fat-burning, weight-loss mode.
Exercise in the gym is good too. Do lighter weights (but not too light so that they're too easy) with higher reps.
Don't expect to lose the 15kg all that quickly. Gradually is better.
Finally, SEE A DOCTOR before beginning any diet and exercise plan. You're only 21, so chances are very good that you don't have any health problems, but it's better to get checked just in case.

At your next doctor's appointment, talk to your doc about your plan to get fit and lose weight and ask for suggestions.
First of all, make sure you get enough sleep. If you drink lots of coffee or tea or eat lots of chocolate, stop, because that will interfere with your sleep, and chronic lack of sleep leads to weight gain. Why? Because when you're tired and your energy is low naturally your body will crave food to give it more energy.
Next, change what you eat. Eat lots of vegetables, fresh fruit, and whole grains. Consider going vegetarian, because it's usually a lot easier to keep a healthy body weight when you're not consuming animal products (they're often quite fatty). Also, it forces you to eat more vegetables.
Drink lots of water. Not juice; it has too much sugar in it. If you find plain water too bland, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and it will taste better. Start drinking decaf herbal teas (don't sweeten them).
As for exercise, think of one activity you would find fun and sign up for lessons. It could be dance, martial arts, tennis, whatever. The point is that it will force you to work out on a regular basis, and even more important, when you do exercise you won't be focusing on how much weight you want to lose (which makes you feel terrible and you won't be having fun anymore). It's important to associate exercise with fun.
Finally, be patient. You don't need a fast way to lose weight, you need a change in lifestyle. Diets are temporary, but your lifestyle lasts however long you choose it.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! When you can't keep up with a diet for more than a day, you could be a compulsive over eater. Food is your choice of drug just like alcohol is the drug of choice for the alcoholic. diets don't work for compulsive overeaters. Diets only work for about 5% of the people who go on them. The rest gain the lost weight back within 5 years. Join Overeaters Anonomus.

eat less, exercise more. Eat only 3/4 of what you usually eat, stay away from the fast food joints, and try to walk at least 2 miles a day, or do 45 minutes of another exercise. Drink more liquids, including milk.eat protein at least once a day, and eat one serving of carbs every meal so you don'tget hungry between meals

They say if you replace your usual beverage with water you will loose 10% of your weight! The no-carb diet works great! Or try over the counter diet supplements, many of them are natural! You can also try like parking your car further when going places or grilled or baked instead of fried! I hope my info was useful!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
