i want to loose weight. i'm 21 and i want to feel sexy. i'm about 69 kilos and 160 cm. and i look at my younger sister and want to be like her(skinny and feel great) well, i like eating. i eat and sleep. i can't keep up with a diet not longer than a day. i want to loose at least 15 kilos. i give up too soon so i need a really fast way or i know i will not be able to keep up with it. so what is your advise for a desperate young lady?

There is not fast way. The only way to lose weight is to eat healthier... eat at least 5-6 small meals a day. But live an active lifestyle. Get a gym membership.. do some running. Tryed to burn off at least 800 calories a day. Sleep is good, you want to sleep at least 6-8 hours a day. The only way to lose weight is by sticking with your goals. No diet is going to do it alone. Losing weight is a lifestyle.

You should feel sexy no matter what your size is!
If you're looking to reduce your weight and tone up I'd suggest eating a healthy diet rich in fruits, veggies, lean meats, plenty of water and consistant exercise to achieve your goals!

okay... so you are 151. 8 lbs and about 5'2 ..... so i would say the fastest way to lose weight is probably atkins which is just basically no bread, or bread products. not exactly the healthiest method though. i would say that the best way to lose weight is weight watchers. its the healthiest one i have seen so far. at your weight you would eat about 20 points on weight watchers. well good luck

Um try going to the jym with ur mates. or get a really hot trainer..You can stare at him all u want and work out at the same time. Or get a tred mil and watch a tv show.

Gradually cut down on your calorie intake and excercise as well.
