well i am 16 weeks pregnant and still having sex whenever i feel like it... i have actually never felt this way, it mut be the hormones, but i need to have sex more often than usual. as long as your partner is careful and you choose positions that are not uncomfortable for the baby... enjoy it, it's really nice. but don't do it only because you think your partner will go get it somewhere else...

You can have sex while you are pregnant right up until you deliver....unless you are high risk. But I would get in all in now before you get "more pregnant". It may become uncomfortable and painful. Get the book "What To Expect When You Are Expecting", it has tons of great info for first time moms!
I won't even comment on the "him going somewhere else", if he does you need to lose him! This will be a time of your life you will remember always, he doesn't need to ruin it by doing that, and you shouldn't have to worry about it either!

you can have sex while you're pregnant, just whatever is comfortable to you and you can have sex as far along in your pregnancy as you are comfortable doing it.
After the baby is born you shouldnt have sex again for 6 weeks.
sex is always said to be more enjoyable when you're pregnant so go enjoy!

Let me just state the obvious here. Yes you can (usually). and are you looking for someone to tell you their views on your last statement? If not why would you include that? I don't mean this in a bad way I'm just thinking out loud. Like perhaps you realize that something is not right about you feeling like he would go somewhere else?? (of course pregnancy causes crazy hormones and emotions... are you just being paranoid? LOL)

Since most people dont even know they are pregnant at 4 weeks and carry on as normal then you can assume that it is safe.

We had sex until the night before my son was born. My wife actually seemed to like sex more when she was pregnant

as with all things in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy sex is only risky if you are not careful just stick to possisions that dont make your fella thrust too deep. sex is fine through out pregnancy, in the last few weeks it helps soften the cervix for labour and a chemical in sperm can actually bring on labour!
